The smooth interaction with the system and the ease of access to information are significantly facilitated by accurate understanding of users’ input and by the system’s prerecorded messages and guiding prompts. Directness of information is a fact, since the user is never held on line waiting to be attended, nor does he/she need to memorize the stocks and indices distinctive codes in order to access the desired information. The system is trained to recognize a great number of different Turkish expressions and to predict how a user might request any kind of -relative to the application - information.
