“Cosmote Stocks” application implemented upon Dialogos’ speech recognition system in Greek

Dialogos is pleased to announce the launch of the first speech-enabled application in the Greek language, which is deployed upon Nuance Communications’ speech recognition system. The “Cosmote Stocks” application enables the subscribers of Cosmote mobile operator to get instantly informed on the Athens Stock Exchange session, by dialing 14000 and by using the most natural means of communication, their voice. The system users receive information on stock and indices current prices, by simply uttering the company or index name that interests them, as well as detailed information on a stock or session.
The application is designed in a way that allows the user to access the desired information in the most natural, direct and quick way. Users familiarized with the application’s design, have the possibility to interrupt at any moment the announcement of the system’s prerecorded messages in order to request the wanted information (barge-in feature) .
