Global Securities - Speech recognition solution in Turkish built upon Dialogos’ technology

The Turkish financial company Global Securities, automates its contact center by integrating Dialogos’ speech recognition system.
The system allows the automatic routing of calls, as well as the transmission of information on stock exchange issues to the company’s clients and investors. This application offers a reliable and user-friendly means of direct information at any time of the day and without unnecessary delays or holding users on the line. The smooth interaction with the system, the ease of navigation within the application and direct access to information are significantly facilitated by accurate understanding of users’ input and by the system’s prerecorded messages and guiding prompts. Directness of information is a fact, since the user is never held on line waiting to be attended, nor does he/she need to memorize the stocks and indices distinctive codes in order to access the desired information. The system is trained to recognize a great number of different Turkish expressions and to predict how a user might request any kind of -relative to the application - information. Through the application, users can access financial news (stocks and indices prices, funds, securities, market commentary etc.) related to Istanbul’s Stock Exchange (IMKB), but can also create and manage their virtual personal portfolio.
