Dialogos delivers a voice-driven customer service solution, through which HOL customers get informed on their new connection’s activation status
Within a challenging business climate and while facing rising needs for high quality, differentiated customer services and, at the same time, a constantly increasing customers group, HOL has taken the next step, by using speech technology for the automation of some of its contact center performed tasks. Focused on customers and optimal provided services, this solution has been designed to recognize the phone number each caller verbally states and to provide information on the approval status of the customer’s connection application, which had been earlier submitted for this phone number.
