Dialogos has deployed the new technical support service of HOL

Dialogos has deployed the new technical support service of HOL, HOL Connectivity, which fully automates the procedure of receiving customers’ requests and transmitting the relevant applications to HOL, by using speech technology for the recognition of phone numbers and by performing, at the same time, the connection with HOL ‘s CRM (Customer Relationship Management) system. This service is addressed to customers needing assistance with connecting the provided equipment -supporting internet and telephony- of HOL. The caller, using natural speech, enters the phone number that will be connected to HOL plus an extra contact number and the application forwards the customer’s request to the CRM department of HOL. In a short time, a HOL technician will be communicating with the customer, in order to provide instructions for the connection of the equipment.
